  • How do I know what size unit I need?

    We can help recommend the right unit size based on what you’re storing. Additionally, we recommend customers see the unit first before you commit to make sure you do not overpay for space that is not needed. 

  • Can I upgrade or downsize my unit later?

    Absolutely. If your storage needs change, we will do our best to accommodate a transfer to a different unit based on our availability. 

  • Do you offer month-to-month rentals?

    Yes! All of our storage units are rented on a convenient month-to-month basis, unless you take advantage of a 6-month promotional rate. Don’t worry, we will make sure that we have the promotion written for you. 

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, checks, online payments, and cash. Automatic payment options are also available for your convenience. 

  • Is insurance required?

    Proof of vehicle insurance is required for parking space. For storage spaces, we do ask to have your items insured. You may use your own insurance or utilize the protection plan we offer through SafeLease. 

  • Do I need to bring my own lock?

    Yes, customers are responsible for securing their units with their personal lock. We offer locks and moving supplies for purchase on site. 

  • What are your access hours?

    Access hours for all drive-up and RV spaces are from 6:00am to 10:00pm-7 days a week. All second-floor units can be accessed when our office is open. Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm, Saturday and Sunday 10:00am to 5:00pm. We are closed on major holidays. 

  • Can someone else access my unit?

    Yes they may, if the additional person has the unit number, key and gate code from the account holder. We will not provide information via phone or email. Account holder must be present with an identification if any information is needed. This is for the security of our customers.
